Meet Your Coach
As a lifestyle fitness coach, I’ve taken great strides in helping people create the healthy lifestyle they want to lead. My case however, was not always a healthy one: I battled obesity as a child, fought for fat loss as a teen and succumb to weight gain as an adult. When it came to weight and personal image, I was the proverbial yo-yo. As an adolescent, I was told by a doctor that if I didn’t lose weight and change my lifestyle, my life expectancy would be shortened.
As an adult, I lost control over the healthy life I had always sought. Unfortunate events led to my health spiraling out of control and packing back on the fat. At that point, I realized that no one was going to save me, so I decided to save myself. Since then, I’ve lost 77 pounds and dropped 4 pants sizes. I often say that we all have a start and an end point in our journey throughout life, but you can choose how you live in between. Hopefully, my story will inspire you to become the hero you’ve been waiting for!!!
The Philosophy
Is to live the best life possible. This can be gauged using the five personal measures of health: spiritual, mental, emotional, physical and financial. In order to live our best lives, we must find harmonic balance and fullness in all areas of our lives. This can only be achieved when we become aware of these measures and decide to take the necessary steps towards them.
The Mission
Is to change the way people see themselves inside and out, helping them develop a healthier relationship with food and exercise. In order to live a healthy life, we all must make good and forward-thinking choices. Life can be tough, but being ready with the right arsenal can prepare us for almost anything. With that in mind, these programs focus on total mind-body transformation through behavioral change, nutrition, fat-loss workouts, strength building and improved functionality all of which will help you unlock your hidden self!
